Квартиры МС (Молдавская серия)

Aparments MS (Moldavian) Series - series of blocks with 5 or 9/10 levels, made of panels. It is divided into 2 groups: Type I MS - with outer walls of 330-350 mm, insulated with expanded clay, inner walls of 140-160 mm and the roof of corrugated sheets of asbestos. Type II MS - with exterior walls of 350 mm and 140 mm internal walls, and roof of bitumen. Ceilings have heights of 2.75 - 2.8 m, the rooms are separated. The MS series blocks are equipped with elevator and garbage ducts.

These blocks are very widespread in Chisinau, especially in the Ciocana sector (Igor Vieru stree, Petru Zadnipru street, Ginta Latina street), Center (Albişoara street, Negruzzi blvd), Râşcani (Andrei Doga street, Moscow blvd, Matei Basarab street), Buiucani (Liviu Deleanu street, Nicolae Costin street), Botanica (Cuza Voda blvd).
