Apartments Series Stalinka

Apartments Series Stalinka - limestone buildings in 2-3 levels, with increased longevity, high resistance to fire and earthquakes. They were built in 1945-1953 during the period of I. Stalin. The main advantages are the successful planning and the height of the room of 3 - 3.20 m. The surface of the one-room apartments is about 30-35 m2, with two rooms - 50-55 m2, with three - 60-70 m2. Most of this type of building is located in the center (Stefan cel Mare blvd, A. Pushkin street, C.Negruzzi blvd, Renașterii blvd).
