6 563 properties were purchased through the "Prima Casa" Program

Since the launch of the "Prima Casa" project, 6 563 properties have been purchased so far. The total amount of loans granted by banks for is 3.42 billion lei, the total value of active guarantees reaching 1.71 billion lei.

Since the launch of the "Prima Casa" project, 6 563 properties have been purchased so far. The total amount of loans granted by banks for is 3.42 billion lei, the total value of active guarantees reaching 1.71 billion lei.

Out of the total number of beneficiaries of the State Program, 4,466 persons benefit from compensations from the state budget, of which:

1 042 - under the "Prima Casa 2" program

2,564 - under the "Prima Casa 3" program

848 - under the "Prima Casa 4" program

12 - within the "Prima Casa 5" program

We remind you that in order to become a beneficiary of the "Prima Casa" Program, you need to meet the following conditions:

  • to be up to 45 years old;
  • to be a citizen of the Republic of Moldova, employed in the Republic of Moldova. and have income from official sources;
  • the amount of the monthly installment for the payment of the mortgage loan, plus the interest and the guarantee commission, not to exceed 50% of the cumulative official net income of you and / or your family, as well as of the first degree relatives;
  • not to own exclusively or jointly in possession with the spouse any house during the last 12 months until the date of applying for the
  • mortgage loan and not to have an ongoing mortgage loan for the purchase of a house;
  • your spouse does not own exclusively any home during the last 12 months until the date of applying for the mortgage loan and does not have an ongoing mortgage loan for the purchase of a home;
  • the first installment of at least 10% of the total house price.

  • Identity documents
  • Documents certifying the monthly income
  • Property valuation report
  • Extract from the Real Estate Register
  • Other documents related to the real estate
