Between September 23-25, the Acces Immobil team took part in a training on improving theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Exclusive Representation of the Seller, supported by Ileana Preda, REALTOR® and APAIR member, with an experience of 20 years in real estate.
The purpose of the training is to improve the quality of the services provided by the Acces Imobil real estate specialists, so that every customer who interacts with us can become a customer for life.
During the training, the basic knowledge such as the planning of the activities of a successful real estate specialist as well as the improvement of the agent's interaction process with the seller or buyer client were deepened.
Also, practical exercises were carried out regarding the seller's qualification, service presentation and comparative market analysis methods for setting a fair price of a real estate asset.
In the same way, multiple scenarios of handling objections from customers were practiced so that the sale-purchase process was as clear and transparent as possible for all parties involved in the transaction.We invest in our professional education to serve our customers at the highest level!
