On January 26-27, the Acces Imobil team participated in a specialization course in Brașov, focused on the subject of "Exclusive Representation of the Seller".
The course was taught by Ileana Preda, REALTOR® and APAIR member, with an extensive experience of 20 years in the real estate field. The main aim of the course was to improve the quality of the services provided by the real estate specialists from Acces Imobil.
The Exclusive Representation Course covered a wide range of topics, including:

The practical exercises allowed the team to directly apply the knowledge gained in real time. Various strategies for handling customer objections were discussed to ensure a transparent and efficient buying and selling process for all parties involved in the transaction.
