How to invest your wedding money in real estate?

You “played” a big wedding, with a “dower” and “bread,” with many guests, you paid for the photo services and the restaurant, and you were in your honeymoon ... but you don’t know what to do with the rest of the money?

The first ideas that come to your mind for sure are to put money in a sock for difficult times or buy a car to match the world level. But is this the best investment?

We all know that over time, money depreciates if it is not invested in a profitable business. We also know that easy money is spent on different things and for pleasure, which we want to acquire as quickly as possible, but they bring us only a feeling of short-term pleasure.

Where to invest your wedding money?

Wondering where you could invest your wedding money? The answer is simple. In real estate. In your own home.

It’s looks so complicated? Below we will show you the plan that can be followed if you follow it regularly.

Let's say that at the wedding you won an amount of 10 000 euro and at the moment you are renting in an apartment in Chisinau that you pay an amount of 200 euro per month.

All you need is to apply for a real estate loan or through the program “Prima Casă”.

If you think that a real estate loan is an expensive solution, that you have to make a lot of money at the bank, then you must be sure that as long as you pay the rent you are nothing closer to owning your apartment. While paying a month-to-month mortgage you are getting closer to fulfilling your dream.

Plan 1 - Simple Mortgage loan Credit

To access a simple mortgage loan, you need to have an official employment contract and have the first installment of 30% of the total cost of the apartment.

Given that you have won the 10,000 euro from the wedding, it’s mean that you can buy the first installment for an apartment worth no more than 30,000 euro.

Given the fact that you have to move immediately to stop renting, for 30,000 euro you can buy a 1 or 2 rooms apartment with average repair in a secondary block or you can buy a 1 room apartment in a new block, with euro repair in a suburb of Chisinau municipality.

Plan 2 - Simple Mortgage loan “Prima Casa”

To access a mortgage through the program “Prima Casa” you need to have an official employment contract in the Republic of Moldova, don’t possession any building during the last year and to have the first installment of only 10% of the total cost of the apartment.

In this case, you can choose for a slightly different investment strategy, you can pay only 5,000 euro for the first installment for a 1-room apartment in Chisinau, in a new block, the white version that costs around 25-30,000 euro, and with the remaining money to repair and furnish the apartment as appropriate.

Investing properly in the real estate is very difficult especially when you are at the beginning of the path but it's possible as you can see.
