During June 23-24, the Acces Imobil team participated in Brașov, in a training focused on the subject of "Exclusive Seller Representation".
The training was supported by Ileana Preda, REALTOR® and APAIR member, with a vast experience of 20 years in the real estate field. Its main purpose was to improve the quality of the services offered by the real estate specialists Acces Imobil.
During the course, several topics were discussed, starting with the business planning of a real estate specialist, generating leads, qualifying and presenting services to clients, comparative market analysis, negotiation techniques to obtaining clients for life.
The practical exercises during the training allowed us to directly implement everything learned in a live mode. Multiple scenarios for dealing with customer objections were addressed, in order to ensure a clear and transparent sales-purchase process for all parties involved in the transaction.
The Acces Imobil team considered this opportunity not only a professional training, but also a teambuilding action. Participants had the opportunity to strengthen their bonds among colleagues and work together in a collaborative environment.
