Did you ask the bank for a mortgage loan through the “Prima Casa” Program? Now you can check the status of your file with one click, in order to be sure it is processed in useful terms.
Often, even if the file is formulated correctly, the terms of granting credits through the “Prima Casa” Program are not respected due to errors or incompetence of banking officials. They simply forget to send the files for analysis to the guarantee fund.
In order to be properly informed by bank officials, the ODIMM Guarantee Fund has created an online mechanism for verifying the status of the file.
Check online at what stage is your credit file
The status of the file sent for analysis at ODIMM can be checked by visiting the following page: Checking the “Prima Casa” file status.
To verify the status of the file, the 13-digit IDNP (IDNP) on the back of the applicant's ID card is required.
* If the table does not appear when entering the IDNP, check the ID's correctness or check the status of the file at the branch of the commercial bank where the credit application was filed.
If the file is in the database, the client can see the date the bank sent the file to ODIMM, the status of the file (approved or rejected) and the date the contract signed by ODIMM was sent back to the bank.
