Do you have a non-privatized apartment in Chisinau? The Municipal Housing Privatization Commission warns citizens who are living in dwellings that they need to privatized their houses in register ownership of the buildings before May 31, 2021.
After the deadline, May 31, 2021, all houses that have not been privatized will become the property of Chisinau municipality with the status of social housing. Citizens who live in the respective apartments and will not privatize them will conclude a lease agreement with the Chisinau City Hall for a period of 5 years.
