Apartment prices in Chisinau have increased by 20-20% in 2021 compared to the prices before the pandemic - says Victor Cernomorcenco, a real estate specialist at Acces Imobil.
The factors that have influenced the increase apartment prices are:
- much more affordable mortgage conditions for the purchase of a property
- increase in prices for construction materials and land
- Population migration from districts to Chisinau and suburbs
