On September 26-29, the Professional Association of Real Estate Agents in Romania (APAIR) organized a great event - REBootCAMP 2nd edition - a training about exclusive representation in real estate.
The event was attended by real estate specialists from Romania and the Republic of Moldova. During this period, the participants were introduced to the advantages of the Exclusive Representation, but also put into practice their new knowledge through simulation exercises.
Thus, the participants learned all the stages of the project, starting with market prospecting (identification of people with real estate needs), qualify potential customers, presentation of services and finishing with the management of client’s objections, the conclusion of the exclusive representation contract, providing quality services and getting recommendations from satisfied customers.
The essence of the Exclusive Representation consists in the fact that the Real Estate Agencies are contractually obliged to protect and promote the interests of the Clients as if they were their own.
