When a person touches the contaminated surfaces with his hand, and then brings his hand to his nose, mouth or eyes, it is subjected to serious risk of infection.

For this reason, to limit the spread of the virus, it is recommended that you should wash your hands and disinfect surfaces at home or in the office as often as possible.

To protect yourself from the new coronavirus, it is important to maintain daily cleanliness in the apartment, house or office. To destroy the Covid - 19 on surfaces it is necessary to use chemical disinfectants based on chlorine or alcohol, containing at least 70%.

  • All tables, chairs, pens, switches, remote controls, mobile phones, keyboards, toilets, sinks, etc. must be disinfected daily.
  • Clothes and linen should be washed at the highest possible temperatures using detergents and chlorine-based solutions.
  • Ventilate the house 4-5 times a day.

Recommendations for behavior in society during a pandemic

  • Avoid crowded places to the maximum (social events, queues, heavy traffic areas, recreation areas, playgrounds)
  • Limit as much as possible any direct contact with other people, with the exception of family members, using gestures such as a handshake, hugs, kisses on the cheeks or hands, and touching your face with your hands. It is recommended, including for people with whom you live, not to come into direct contact until you return home and wash your hands.
  • Avoid touching surfaces that other people usually touch, such as railings, handles, handles, elevator buttons, etc. If you need to touch these surfaces, protect yourself with disposable wipes.
  • Keep a significant distance of 1.5 meters to others
  • Avoid public transportation. Walk or ride your bike or electric scooter
  • Avoid travel to countries with high numbers of new coronavirus infections (COVID-19)
  • If you are traveling to a country exposed to the new coronavirus infection, there is a risk that when you return to the country, depending on the red / yellow areas update, you will need to stay in quarantine / isolation at home for 14 days, together with the family.
  • Limit the use of banknotes and coins
  • Work from home if you have the opportunity offered by the employer.

  • Wash your hands regularly with soap for at least 20 seconds or treat them with an alcohol product of at least 70%;
  • Use paper towels, preferably, to wipe your hands.
  • Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth with disinfected hands.
  • If you sneeze or cough, cover your mouth and nose with a disposable tissue, after which you should throw the tissue in the bin.
  • Take antiviral or antibiotic medicines only as directed by your doctor.
  • DO NOT drink liquids from the same glass / glass with other people and do not use the same cutlery.
  • DO NOT come into direct contact with people in self-isolation at home, whether or not they have specific coronavirus symptoms.
  • Use the protective mask completely covering the nose and mouth to prevent the spread of the virus through the respiratory tract.
