During 5 days, at the invitation of Acces Imobil, in Chisinau took place a masterclass given by Arthur Ohanesyan, real estate expert with 30 years of experience in the field, Member and Global Ambassador to Eastern Europe of the US National Association of REALTORS (NAR).

The training was dedicated exclusively to real estate agents within the company Acces Imobil, to strengthen the knowledge in the field of Exclusive Representation of the seller.

The exclusive representation of the seller is a working model taken from the USA, being the only correct and accepted working model on the real estate market on the North American continent. It is a model based on very well defined principles and rules for both clients and real estate agents.

A real estate agent who adopts the model of exclusive representation of the seller is obliged to put the interests of the seller above his own interests. In this way, he obtains the best selling conditions from potential buyers (the maximum selling price that the market can currently grant, as well as optimal terms and conditions for both parties involved in the transaction).
