RE/MAX: cours Fire Up! Exclusive representation in real estate

On October, 7-8. 2018, Acces Imobil team went to Iasi, to the Fire Up course, organized by RE/MAX, number 1 world level in real estate.

During the course, has been approached exclusive representation topic, or better said one side representation in a real estate transaction.

The subjects of the course were:

• Efficient time management for an estate agent
• Market prospecting methods-consolidation of customer portfolio
• Customer qualification – both sellers and buyers
• Identification of features of the property which is worthy for the estate agent’s time
• Professional presentation of the property
• Dealing with the salesperson’s objections
• Strategy of the establish the price on market place
• The viewing process of properties
• Develop a longtime relationship with customers

The trainer of the course was Iulian Berghian, a business couch and entrepreneur, with a sale experience more than 15 years. From 2014 he created and developed the Academy RE/MAX, the most complete and complex educational training program in real estate, in Romania.
