On October, 7-8. 2018, Acces Imobil team went to Iasi, to the Fire Up course, organized by RE/MAX, number 1 world level in real estate.
During the course, has been approached exclusive representation topic, or better said one side representation in a real estate transaction.
The subjects of the course were:
- Efficient time management for an estate agent
- Market prospecting methods-consolidation of customer portfolio
- Customer qualification – both sellers and buyers
- Identification of features of the property which is worthy for the estate agent’s time
- Professional presentation of the property
- Dealing with the salesperson’s objections
- Strategy of the establish the price on market place
- The viewing process of properties
- Develop a longtime relationship with customers
The trainer of the course was Iulian Berghian, a business couch and entrepreneur, with a sale experience more than 15 years. From 2014 he created and developed the Academy RE/MAX, the most complete and complex educational training program in real estate, in Romania.
