To help reduce these initial expenses, maib has launched a new promotion for customers who take out a real estate loan by September 30, 2026.

As part of the campaign, customers can receive 50% cashback on eligible notary and cadastral expenses when purchasing, renovating, or finishing a home, and 100% cashback on eligible expenses related to refinancing a mortgage loan.

What Does the maib Offer Include?

The promotion is available to individuals who take out a maib real estate loan by September 30, 2026.

For the purchase, renovation, or finishing of a home, maib offers 50% cashback on eligible expenses, including certain costs related to notarising contracts and registering them with the IPCBI.

When refinancing a mortgage loan, the cashback reaches 100% of eligible notary and cadastral expenses.

Another advantage is the possibility to choose a fixed interest rate until June 30, 2027, providing greater predictability when planning the family budget.
