Acces Imobil at Code of Ethics and Initiation REALTOR®️ Course

On Saturday, August 24, 2019, more than 20 real estate specialists of Acces Imobil company, participated at the Code of Ethics and initiation REALTOR®️ cource.

Continuous learning is an essential element in the professional life of a real estate agent, and this is why we, Acces Imobil team, are always ready to receive new information in order to increase our professionalism.

The event was organized by APAIM (Professional Association of Real Estate Agents of the Republic of Moldova), an organization founded in 2017. It included the theoretical basis, as well as a series of practical examples regarding the proper conduct of the REALTOR®.

The motto of the Code of Ethics is "do for the other what you would like him to do for you".

The purpose of the course is to increase the ethical education among the real estate agents in the Republic of Moldova.

The speaker of the event was Igor POSTOVANU, REALTOR®. He started his professional activity as a real estate agent in 2004, and from 2013 he chose the Exclusive Representation as a way of working. Since 2016 he has been working as a trainer specialized in real estate. He is an APAIR member and former President of this organization.

During the course of the Code of Ethics and initiation REALTOR®️ were discussed the following topics:

• History: NAR, Code of Ethics
• Code of Ethics: overview articles with case studies (Realtors' working relationship with clients, public relations, Realtor-Realtor relationship)

The benefits and important points of Exclusive Representation were also discussed as an example for real estate agents.

In order to maximize the knowledge received during this course, the participants took a test, the results of which will allow participants to join APAIM and NAR (National Association of REALTORS®).
