Elon Musk will build an energy-efficient residential complex in the Republic of Moldova!

The news that surprised the entire real estate market in the Republic of Moldova. Elon Musk plans to build the first multifunctional and energy-efficient residential complex in the Republic of Moldova.

The residential area will be equipped with bike lanes, playgrounds, free Wi-Fi, micro-areas for urban gardening, underground parking for each apartment. There will also be a Tesla power station.

The ultra-futuristic architectural concept is designed to symbiotically integrate the cubic geometry of residential structures with fluid forms inspired by nature.

Work will begin next year and will be completed in 2026, with a total investment of $ 450,000,000. This investment is part of a much more complex program, which aims to draw the attention of real estate developers in South East Europe to the importance of energy efficiency but also a decent living for all.

The Residential Complex will be located in a key area of ​​Chisinau, being composed of blocks of 5 and 7 floors. In total, over 2000 apartments with areas between 40 and 150 m2 will be built, as well as Penthouse apartments.
